play@umedia.fun

This one address covers everything below. We answer within one to two business days, and usually the same day. If more than three business days pass with no reply, please write again — it means the message did not reach us.

A download that will not open

Send the email address you used at checkout and the title you bought. We will send the file straight to you, and if it still will not open we will refund it. The full policy is on the delivery and refunds page.

An order you cannot find

Downloads are delivered by our checkout partner immediately after payment, so the first place to look is your inbox and your spam folder. If it is in neither, email us with the address you paid with and we will find the order and re-send it.

Hardcover orders

Print editions are either posted by us from our own stock in South Carolina, or printed to order and shipped by our print partner, IngramSpark. Email us with your order details for anything to do with a print order — a delay, a damaged copy, or an address that needs changing before it ships.

Classroom, library and school licensing

The standard license covers one family's personal use, which is the wrong shape for a classroom. Tell us roughly how many children and in what setting, and we will sort out something workable rather than have you buy five copies of a PDF.

Press, review copies and partnerships

We are glad to provide review copies and artwork at print resolution. Say which title and where the piece will run.

Privacy requests

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email the same address and say what you would like done. Our Privacy Policy sets out what we collect and what we do not.
