By using umedia.fun (the "site"), operated by Unforgettable Media, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who may use this site

This site is intended for adults age 18 and over. Our books and games are created for children, but browsing, purchasing, and downloading are intended to be done by parents, guardians, caregivers, teachers, and other adult gift-givers. Children should use this site only under the supervision of a parent or guardian. By making a purchase, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into this agreement.

Purchases and delivery

Products sold on this site are digital and delivered electronically after purchase. Payment and delivery are handled by third-party providers. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. You are responsible for having a device and software capable of opening standard PDF and video files.

Refunds

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, sales are generally final. If a file is damaged, fails to download, or is not as described, contact us at play@umedia.fun and we will replace it or make it right. Your license to our digital products

When you buy a digital book, coloring book, or video, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own family's personal, non-commercial use. You may:

• Read or view it on devices you own;
• Print coloring and activity pages for the children in your own household.

You may not:

• Share, email, upload, resell, or redistribute the files;
• Post the files or their contents publicly or on file-sharing services;
• Use the content commercially, or create derivative works from it;
• Remove any copyright or attribution notices.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, stories, illustrations, characters, game art, logos, and software — is owned by Unforgettable Media and its creators and is protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing on this site transfers ownership of that content to you.

Games and acceptable use

Games on this site are provided free for personal entertainment. You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape or copy the site in bulk, or use it in any unlawful way.
