A small studio making two things well
Unforgettable Media publishes illustrated books for young readers, and builds games that run in a web browser. Most of the books are written to be read aloud by an adult who has already had a long day. The games are built to start in one click on whatever device happens to be nearby — a school Chromebook, a shared laptop, a phone in a waiting room.
The two sides have started meeting in the middle. Time Runner is set in the five locations from David Gibson's picture book Switching Shoes, in the book's own order, so a child who has read it recognizes where they are standing.
